LARA FREMDER
Screenwriter

Born in Milan where she lives and works. He collaborates with Studio Azzurro, an international reality of artistic research with which he writes, among others, the subjects and scripts of the films Mr. Nanof's Nuclear Observatory, Il Mnemonista, the dramaturgies of the video works Camera Abstract, Kepler's Traum, Water, Fire and Terra homage to Tarkovskij and the texts of the museum work Witnesses of the Witnesses. He has written the subjects and scripts of films presented in competition at Locarno, Cannes, Venice. Among these, directed by Marco Bechis Alambrado, Garage Olimpo, Hijos, Birdwatchers-the land of the red men. Among the other films written Visos by Giovanni Columbu, Iqbal animated film directed by Michel Fuzzellier and Babak Pajami winner of numerous international festivals, the documentaries Nacion Mapuche by Fausta Quattrini - best documentary at the 25 Turin Film Festival - The journey of Laura by Matteo Born, Monsieur Pigeon by Antonio Prata. Anyone Who Met Me Didn't See Me by Bruno Bigoni. In production the animated film Un Viaggio a Teulada by Nicola Contini, Jerusalem, invisible city by Lara Fremder, Rocco- boxing with my father by Teresa Hierapolis. He wrote and directed the Grand Prix winner Blue Sofa at the Festival International du Court Mètrage de Clermont Ferrand and the short film Santa Fe as director. He teaches film writing at the Luchino Visconti Civic School of Cinema in Milan and at the Cisa International Conservatory of Audiovisual Sciences in Locarno.

ALESSANDRO REDAELLI
Movie director

Alessandro Redaelli graduated in editing from the Marcello Dudovich Institute and graduated in new media from the Luchino Visconti civic school of cinema. He has been a director and editor since 2009, he has directed and edited several short films and feature films distributed internationally (Shock - My Abstraction of Death; Pray for Diamonds; POE Pieces of Eldritch, Red Krokodil, House of Ravens). His feature film directorial debut came in 2017, with Funeralopolis - A Suburban Portrait, an observation documentary produced by K48 and distributed by Rai Cinema. His second film is Game of the Year, the epic story of the world of video games in Italy, winner of the "best film" award at the Biografilm Festival 2021. His third feature film is Positivə, a documentary on 40 years of HIV in Italy. , half observation documentary, half traditional documentary, with protagonists of the caliber of Loredana Berté, Oliviero Toscani and Jo Squillo. It is also the head of content of VR Italia, the best known information portal on the world of virtual reality in Italy.

BORIS MEGGIORIN
Radio author and expert on EU funds for culture

Graduated in International Relations at the University of Bologna, he is a European expert for projects that link cultural and creative industries with urban regeneration and territorial development. Radio presenter since 2014, he is the author of radio programs for the French broadcaster Euradio, and in Italy for “Citofonare Passoni” on Radio Deejay. He has collaborated with communication projects in the publishing world, such as the Turin Book Fair and the PordenoneLegge Festival . of the Trempolino incubator in Nantes. He has worked as a lecturer in cultural management and internationalization at the University of Barcelona, the Audencia School of Commerce and the University of Nantes. He collaborated with the Ministry of Culture of the Spanish Government, the Department of Culture of the Catalan Government and the Directorate General for Culture, Education and Audiovisual of the European Commission. He has co-directed, co-produced and co-animated events such as Les Ateliers du Quartier de la Création, La Fête de l'Europe en Loire-Atlantique, TedX La Baule. Speaker of research projects in the urban and cultural fields at the European Academy of Design, the Center for Cultural Policies of the University of Chicago and the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg. Specialist in European funds for territorial development, he contributed to the urban redevelopment of the Hospital de Sant Pau in Barcelona. He was at the origin of international projects in the audiovisual, theatrical, archaeological and handicraft fields. Co-author of research works on cross-innovation and hybridization between artistic practices and industry.

ALESSANDRO FOCARETA
Filmmaker, teacher and visual artist

After graduating in Literature at the Federico II of Naples, he deepened his studies in cinema theory and photography in Barcelona at Pompeu Fabra. In 2016 he finalized the Master in essay and documentary cinema at the EICTV in San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba). He is currently studying the Master in Combined Art Languages at the UNA in Buenos Aires. He is the organizer of workshops dedicated to essay and experimental cinema and teaches Expanded Cinema at the Chavón / Parsons Film School of the Dominican Republic and at the Universidad del cine - FUC in Buenos Aires. His first short film "Obsolete impressions" wins the Construir Cine 2014 Festival and finalist at the Short on work festival. In the same year he is co-curator of the audiovisual section of the Dominican Republic Pavilion of the Venice Architecture Biennale with the short - installation "Afterword". His first short documentary filmed in Cuba in collaboration with Abbas Kiarostami, entitled "Piccolo Mondo", was presented at the 2016 Locarno Film Festival in the section - tribute to the director Abbas Kiarostami and selected in numerous international festivals. In 2017 he made his first documentary feature film, "I vetro tremano", presented at the FID Marseille 2017, he won the RAI CINEMA award in 2018 at the Visioni dal mondo festival. In 2020 he participates together with James Benning and other directors in the collective film "Dancing in the street, 11 degrees of separation", presented at the DOC Buenos Aires 2020 and at the International Festival of New Latin American Cinema in Havana. His latest short "Despite everything" (2021) was presented in numerous international festivals and won several awards. He is currently involved in the development of the documentary "The father of the desert" finalist at InProgress Milano film network 2018 and winner of the development grant at the Milan Industry DAYS - MID by MFN in 2018.

MARIA PAOLA ZEDDA
Curator and critic of performance, dance and visual arts

Maria Paola Zedda is curator in the field of performing arts and border languages between dance, performance and visual arts. She has been the organizer and production manager for over a decade in the Enzo Cosimi Company, with which she currently collaborates as a dramaturg.  As an independent performer she has obtained important awards such as the Special Mention of the 2009 Equilibrium Award. Since 2011 he has directed and curated festivals and events related to contemporary languages, collaborating with institutions such as MAXXI - National Museum of XXI Century Arts, Civic Museums of Cagliari, Hanoi Doclab - Goethe Institut, Civic Museums of Cagliari. Artistic director of Cagliari Italian Capital of Culture in 2015, since 2016 she has lived between Milan and Cagliari where she realizes and curates numerous projects including  Camposud, The Migrant School of Bodies, Swiss Contemporary Factory, and Maps - Sguardi sui confine within Palazzo Litta Cultura.  She is artistic co-director of DiDstudio, at the Fabbrica del Vapore, center for generational change in the field of dance and performance supported by MiBACT._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ She was curator of the V_AIR artistic residency program for the MUST Museum in Vimercate from 2019 to 2021.  Since 2013 she is co-artistic director of Across Asia Film Festival, festival film focused on the innovative languages of the contemporary Asian scene .  Among his most recent projects, Le Alleanze dei Corpi, Abitare Connession i, winner of the call of the Contemporary Creativity Direction of the Borghinfestival Ministry of Culture.  In 2019 he published his first essay for Editoria & Spettacolo, a monograph on Enzo Cosimi entitled Enzo Cosimi. An almost angelic conversation within the Spaesamenti / Portraits series curated by Paolo Ruffini and Matteo Antonaci.  Together with Chiara Pirri he curates the Performing Arts Section of Artribune magazine, where he writes about dance performance and visual arts. He has written for Alfabeta, Antinomie, Animot.
